Detailed Designs:
Our designs are created using the latest 2D software and are colour coded to ensure complete understanding.
All conform to the latest regulations and codes of practice and can be provided as PDF files emailed directly to the client.
Hard copies are also forwarded to ensure complete continuity with record retention on site.
Calculations and Risk Assessments:
Produced in conjunction with the detailed designs our risk assessments provide the detailed analysis on the fit for purpose of the proposed designs. Ensuring detailed analysis is performed to meet current legislation combined with the relevant safety factors.
Wind analysis to BS 6399 and other environmental factors are included for your piece of mind.
We use the latest software and traditional pen and paper to produce detailed risk assessments specific to the projects needs.
Design Checking Services:
If for any reason you require a drawing and assessment produced by another organisation to be checked, then we can provide this service. We also provide checking requests for form ‘C’ approval as required by Network Rail.
Tie testing:
We provide a tie testing service whereby we physically test installed ties and provide test reports detailing conformation of tie loading/duty and pattern.
Scaffold Inspection and Handover:
We can provide site visits whereby we inspect the erected scaffold and provide a report or simple certification of the scaffolds integrity

Lee Saunders BEng (Hons)
Lee holds the position of Director of Reactive Design Ltd. Before joining Reactive Design Ltd as a Director, Lee held a position as a part time scaffold design engineer for King Scaffolding Ltd. After three years in this position it was decided found a small scaffold engineering business to cater for other clients within the Bristol area. So in 2007 Reactive Design Ltd was founded as a limited company. Prior to this Lee held a senior engineering position within multinational Research and Development Company.
